28 Church Row

28 Church Row, located in one of Hampstead’s prettiest streets, famed for its fine display of Georgian houses and postcard vistas, is a restaurant brought to you by the previous management team of the Old White Bear in Hampstead.

 
 

 

The restaurant, housed in the cellar of this wonderful Georgian building has a relaxed and informal atmosphere. The unique space has an open kitchen, counter top dining, comfortable banquette seating & an intimate private dining space, housed in one of the old vaults.

 

28 Church Row is an example of a project involving three partners, who identified a gap in the market for a local restaurant serving small plates of high quality food paired with a well-stocked wine list.

Working alongside the creative partners, the business partners raised the required finance for the project, taking an equity position, whilst maintaining an operational oversight of the accounting and financial performance of the restaurant.
